What it Costs

We base our pricing on a rough estimate of a project's size and required level of detail.

For example, for floor plans of existing single family residences with a standard level of detail, we charge 75 cents per estimated square foot, plus a $300 set up fee.

For institutional/commercial clients, including multi-family, we would need to get a little bit of information before we are able to provide an accurate price quote.
