Case Studies

Cat Rock Road, Greenwich

Client was under contract to purchase property, but wanted assurance that he would be able to add in the future before he closed. Drawhouse measured three structures, a main house, a guest house, and a large barn. We determined that there was at least 1,000 sf that could be added at a later date. He closed on the property, moved in with his family, and now he has accurate floor plans upon which to design a later addition.

He contacted Drawhouse to measure and draw the floor plans of the house, so that prospective buyers can easily see how the house is laid out. The house has just been listed, and the floor plans have been put on the on-line listing with the photos of the house. The response has been extremely positive.

Client has an antique house. Given the exquisite detailing of the existing structure, she does not want to add to the house, but rather to use the existing space as efficiently as possible.
